Richmond Show Equipment Review: The Woody Pallet Machine
Viper Industrial recently demonstrated its popular Woody nailing machine, now enhanced with several new features designed to improve efficiency, durability, and ease of use.
The updated system includes an integrated brander mounted directly on the stacker, allowing pallets to be branded on either side without interrupting production flow.
Additional upgrades include:
- Improved gantry mechanism, making side-to-side tool adjustments faster and easier for operators
- Automatic blow-off boom, which clears sawdust from the fixture each time the gantry returns—helping maintain performance and reduce buildup
- New shim system, designed to minimize unnecessary wear and tear on the tool mount and machine components
These enhancements help streamline maintenance, extend equipment life, and ensure consistent, high-quality pallet production.
